I offer a free one-hour initial consultation to get you started. This allows us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. You’ll leave with at least one idea you can implement right away!
I work with clients via phone, Skype, or in person at my home office in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Local house calls may also be possible.
To schedule an appointment, please provide a brief description of your health concerns in my contact form, and let me know if you have preferences for certain days or time slots. You can generally expect a reply within 24 hours.
I offer a variety of remote coaching options to fit your needs, via phone, Skype, Zoom or in person:
Individual Sessions: $75 per hour. Includes one follow-up check-in via email for questions, support and accountability.
Monthly Package: Four weekly one hour sessions, each with a mid-week follow-up email check-in for $250.
Six Month Package: Twenty-four weekly one hour sessions, with mid-week check-ins for $1200. Scheduling is flexible to allow for pauses.
Please don't hesitate to inquire about discounts or sliding scale payment. Chronic illness can be expensive, and I want my services to be accessible.
