I offer a free one hour Zoom call for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.  I explain what coaching is and isn't, and answer any questions you may have, and you can share your hopes for our coaching together. 

I also like to save some time for a brief demo, as coaching is much easier to show than explain.
